formerly known as the Leo Mars Ensemble is Marcel Türkowsky and Stephane Leonard.
Both have been playing, improvising, writing and recording experimental, drone and noisy music since quite a while.
Stephane and Marcel are very active as solo musicians and composers as well as involved in numerous projects for many years. Marcel has previously released on Audiodregs, Klangkrieg, sinnbus, Ikuusius and many more. He plays in Wooden Veil, Snake Figures Arkestra (with Ignaz Schick), Kinn (with F.S. Blumm), Cones (with Ulf Schütte - Shivers, Aosuke) and UUHUU (with Andrew Cvar - Jackie O´Motherfucker). Stephane is a former member of the Laptop Orchester Berlin, JuliJuni and various other projects. Stephane is also active as a visual artist and has exhibited his work around the planet.
